What Are We?
Solstice founder Clara Fletcher could never find the dry wine spritzers she loved to make at home on hot summer nights at her local stores – all the options had added sugars and flavors. So she decided to create an elevated solution of her own. A delicious, 3 ingredient spritzer that is drinkable all day and less than 120 calories. California sunset packaged in a sleek 12 ounce can, currently in production for release later this summer.
Who Are We?
Solstice is named in honor of the founder’s dad, Jeff, who was born on the summer solstice of 1954. Jeff spent his summers at the family’s vineyard called Rancho Alta Vista, situated deep in the fertile Sonoma Valley. The ranch produced some of the best Northern California grapes and unrivaled summer parties, including the 1979 wedding of the founder’s parents. Clara continues these traditions, hosting an annual summer gathering called FletchFest, volunteering for summer programs, and making different flavored spritzers for loved ones. She has summer sunshine, gritty worth ethic and California wine in her blood.
